Baby #2

It still feels weird knowing that I am pregnant and having another baby. I seriously feel like this is my first pregnancy, I don't remember anything! I wish I would have been good about keeping a journal with Sawyer so I had something to go back and read. I do remember a little bit though. My morning sickness is pretty much the same, it's terrible and I really want it to end. I've been better about staying hydrated though so luckily I have avoided having to go and get iv's, that was something I had to do a few times with Sawyer. The hardest thing about my morning sickness is the lack of energy I have for Sawyer and Teague. I feel really bad not interacting with them or playing with them like I use to. It's hard for them to understand why I just lay around a lot and it makes me feel really bad for them. That's the part I hate the most. Oh and my house IS A MESS! Luckily my hubby has been amazing and such great help! He takes over when he gets home from work and I can go lay down and rest. It's got to be so hard for him because he just started school and is taking a few more credits than he usually does so he can be done and graduate in the Spring (Wahoo!) Plus he is trying to get our sprinkler's in by the end of this week. I'm so grateful he is such a hard worker. I don't know how I would survive without him and all of his help. I'm almost 12 weeks so hopefully in the next month this morning sickness will go away and I can feel a little bit more normal.

My first doctor's appointment was on Friday and everything looked great. The doctor did an ultrasound so I got to see my little peanut moving all around. It was so weird laying there knowing that little thing is inside me and going to be mine. I still think "oh my gosh I'm having a baby!" I'm super excited and I think Sawyer is going to be a great big brother. On top of watching Teague I'm also watching another little boy who is 10 months old (I know I'm crazy!) and Sawyer is really sweet to him and likes to give him kisses and rub his head softly, it's fun to see how he is going to react with his future brother or sister. I'm super grateful for this opportunity to have another child and I can't wait to meet our little one. I have a feeling the Holiday's are going to fly by and then it will be baby time! Oh my goodness!

I hope you feel better soon. Ryker's pregnancy went by so fast for me...it was the same timeline that you have and after the holidays you'll be rushing to get ready for your new little one. It'll go by fast! I'm so excited for you guys! Let me know if you need anything :)

Congrats! I haven't been keeping up with blogs this week, so I'm just finding out! How exciting! I had nausea with my 4th pregnancy, and taking Vitamin B6 really helped: 100 mg, once a day did the trick. It may not work for you, but it's worth trying!
